Duke Health is one of the nation’s leading academic health systems, known for combining cutting-edge research with patient-centered care. With world-class hospitals, research centers, and partnerships, Duke Health plays a major role in advancing healthcare innovation and improving outcomes for patients.

I joined as a Student Consultant, working with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. The focus was on understanding how emerging health technologies could fit into real-world practice and identifying strategic opportunities for better product positioning. This meant diving deep into market research, competitor landscapes, and distribution models.

My role involved interviewing healthcare professionals to capture industry perspectives, analyzing pricing and value propositions, and then translating all that into a clear go-to-market strategy. The outcome was a set of launch recommendations and marketing materials that helped product teams refine their approach and improve alignment with the needs of patients, providers, and payers.

Skills & Tools: Market research, go-to-market strategy, healthcare consulting, stakeholder interviews; Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Qualitative analysis frameworks.
